Reporting To Pierre Gaudreault- Regional Marketing Lead, GEP China Full-Time Regular Responsibilities A Digital Marketing Lead will lead and drive the development and implementation of digital/multichannel strategy for the China GEP product portfolio, in order to have each targeted customers reaching their full value potential through efficient and innovative interactive models. He/she will work closely with each Therapeutic Area marketing teams in order to improve overall team Digital/MCM marketing capabilities and will enable the adoption of standard data and measurement plans in order to assess business impact of digital/MCM strategies. Key Accountabilities Provider of Digital Expertise ・ Lead and oversee the development and implementation of innovative digital content strategies in order to enable customer engagement and create positive value impact on the business. ・ Drive projects to deliver insight into customer online needs for the brands or therapeutic areas ・ Be an integral part of the brand teams, working to assess the best way to build Digital/MCM strategies into brand and TA plans ・ Ensure relevant metrics are in place to monitor success and business impact of Digital/MCM programs, including ROI where appropriate. ・ Own brand digital content across all channels and platforms ・ Stay on top of digital/MCM innovation trends in China by actively engage with external experts and key stakeholders involved in the field, and use that knowledge in on-going assessment and improvement of our digital/MCM strategies. ・ Seek out business partnership opportunities with third party organizations/companies involved in digital/MCM in order to improve customer interaction and overall business performance. Develop and Execute China Digital Programs for Brand ・ Facilitate sharing of content, services & best practice across Therapeutic Area teams and brands ・ Work within Brand Teams to provide customers with core messages via appropriate digital channels ・ Develop initiatives in readily transferable formats ・ Work in close collaboration with eMCM and other functions to optimize the existing platform Leadership and Alignment across Teams ・ Lead, motivate and develop the knowledge, skills and capabilities of the brand teams and digital marketing team. ・ Influence without direct authority in order to make brand teams develop comprehensive Digital/MCM strategies and campaign for each brand. ・ Coordinate MCM/Digital integration with sales system and manage overall customer experience ・ Accountable for team resource planning, recruitment and promotion plans Tel: (010) 85167000 Fax: (010) 65880266 To apply.
